My new ice setup on chevy Aveo

First of first i would like to thank low Bass makker for making me aware of MCP's and their control units did a lot of research on the net and finally got my ice setup for chevy Aveo. though could not find Alpine PXA-H701 & RUX-C701 as recommended.

Specs: Head Unit: Pioneer avh-t6050dvd
Front Comps: JBL 607c
Amps : Blaupunkt: VA4100 and GTA 480
MCP with 6 channel DAC: DEQ7650 (No AXM required as compatible with HU)
Sub:: velocity vxb12
Rear speakers:TS-A6992S

I would like to add the centre speaker after some time and need some recommendations for the same. Also the boot has a lot of rattling noise due to the sub which i guess would be reduced with ample dampning. I would also like to understand how to configure the time alignment function on the DSP.

Any advice from the gurus if any modifications are required caus since its a new ice the dealer would do it personally i like the sound. Went in for JBL 607c as they were on my swift and was a lil low on budget. Waiting for alpines Alpine SPS- 171A. have planned to put the jbls back to swift once these are here.
