more into hindi and hip hop music..tend to push up the volume 50% of the time when i'm alone and ,not travelling with family members.
Also, wanted good music,so, front components are must.
I read on the Speakers FAQs thread on caraudio.com that components work best out with amps ,so, 4 channel amp for sure too..i tend to keep the treble at around 70% of max on head unit, and bass at about 50% of max of head unit..so,don't know whether to go in for sub...infact,i don't very high bass..
as for rear - im confused about components/co axials, and 2 or 3 way.
as for rs40000 budget(my dad just gave me the figure yesterday) which brands components can i consider?..I am planning to spend max Rs15,000 on a head unit, and Rs25,000 on everything else needed..

hey guys..just wanted to know - if 2 sets of components are fitted in,is it necessary that both front and rear components should be of same RMS/Peak power??..or should the rear components be a bit better in RMS/peak power as compared to front components?..or vice versa?

Thanks,
Suraj

HU: 4V out, Subwoofer out with controls. Alpine 9830-9831-9833 and if you afford it Nak 500 would be my choice others prefer the Pio premier line and Sony.
Front: 6" components (ADS, Boston, Focal) or if you cant spend that much Alpine, JBL or Blau (I prefered Alpine over the other 2) have not heard Kicker, Soundsteam, MTX etc.
Amp: a good 4 channel amp (I'd look at Alpine or Blau's Velocity) but even a basic 4 channel amp like Sony's 504 (rs. 5000) will help
Sub: Active sub. Try a single 10" from brands like Kicker, MTX, etc.. they have been making subs since the 80s. if you cannot afford the space for a 10" box then try multiple smaller subs (I get by by tucking 2 smaller subs in the crevices of my trunk).
Rear: here you have 3 options
a) coax. if you cannot afford the subs at all I'd recoomend 6x9" like the Pio 6990 or Alpine 690A (again I prefer the Alpine) a 6x9 will require some metal cutting but void any guarntee.
b) 5-6" components with a sub.
c) stock speakers (if you are on a budget) you can always add these later.

In short. in ROUGH order of importance.
1. HU
2. Front speakers
3. Amp
4. sub
5. rear speakers.
