Simple... go to http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/ask-gurus/ and click on the attachment image that you see against the name of this thread. It should work.

EDIT: The filename is P1220E Bassreflex.pdf

What's the stock rear speaker size in a Lancer?
I will be fitting 6"x9" coaxials in my upgraded setup and would like to retain the OE tray. Is this do-able?

razor, I think 6x9 will fit. At worst there will be some minor metal cutting.

No no no need for metal cutting 6X9 will fit with spacer ring.

Sam has them on his car with the stock grill.

Hi,

Today we were doing DIY amp setting for my friends AMP and we disconnected everything from the amp. Started the HU and his PIO speakers sounded like kaput with loud on treble +6 and bass +3. But when we connected them via AMP they sound very sweet and as good as knew.

Why is this ? This may be the noobiest question ever asked here

Because the HU amp cannot compete with a external amp even if it is a sony 222.....it means that the HU will add distortion to the signal but the external amp would also add but in very small quantity when compare to the eariler.....

An excellent post Ketchup. made fine reading. I think we need to move it to the what ice, what price thread.

Congratulations on your setup and enjoy your music.

edit....
For the review of Ketchup's install please check out the "What ICE" sticky on "Sound Offs and Show Offs".
