@nairrk - Yes the boot is full but the sub can be removed easily if I need to carry some luggage around. Its the price you pay for a heavy system.

@bass&trouble - The entire inside of the boot is dampened with dynamat. The doors as well. I'm not sure I can answer your second question. I'll get back to you on that one once i speak to the guy who installed it.

@khoj - Check your PMs.

Thanks for the replies guys.

Cost breakup

Morel Component Speakers - 12,000
Morel Oval speakers - 9,000
Pioneer head unit - 40,000
Mono Amp - 20,000
Stereo Amp - 15,000
Enclosure - 20,000
Wiring, Dampening, Installation - 25,000 (I didn't have to pay for this since I know the guy)

All prices are approximate and inclusive of taxes. Like I said, I ended up paying 1.2 in total.

Thats a pretty good looking install. I too live in Navi Mumbai and recently installed a pretty modest system in my Spark. Where in Chembur did you install from?

Looks great and lucky people!

Good price of the amps with B&W.
Maybe its 20k or so for 2 subs and box price was included with installation.

NavinJi - guess the 20K would be for the enclosure including both the MTXs

@ Monochrome - great setup. It'll help if you can post the specific model numbers for each audio component. Will be useful for noobies like me.

That's an MTX thunder enclosure. The price is inclusive of the 2 subs, and they do really sound great IMO. Very good value for money..
