The MS8 installed is not final version and I am told it may undergo some more software Changes before it goes into final production. Subs are from the power series.
1. JBL for the subs
JBL

2. MS8 is ready (other than firmware updates, which most products have) but needs a little time for commercial production (trust me).

The components driven from the MS-8 (it has 8 20W amps).

A few Must visit stalls for ICE in autoexpo 10 are

1. JBL (Evil twin swifts, Manic NANO, Insane GTO , Plus you can meet SAM, Autopsyche, Gunbir & jasdeep here)

2. Rockford fosgate (lil forward from jbl, this pavilion has a bunch of other brands too)

The clarion nano had a nice paintjob but that other than that it was highly impractical, Kicker installs were sounding bad.

Here are some more pics of the Clarion Nano -- absolutely superb airbrush work on the car!

Nano seems to be this years choice to showcase ICE products.
Last year it was Swift.

What gets me is that every manufcturer tried to stuff as much audio into their cars as was phyically possible hence you get 4 pairs of 6x9s, 4 15" woofers, 4sets of component speakers, 8 amplifiers, and more all stuffed into just the hatch of a hatchback/SUV (swift, nano, fortuner, etc..). Why the JVC car had 11 screens (unless I missed a few). 11? Why? and I guess the Clarion people think the way we in India travel is by hooking up skateboards behind the car.

Just one car with a discrete install and focussed on SQ (that includes image, tonal balance, etc..) . Is that too much to ask?

So very true ! Good to showcase all that bling and all the jazz, but serves no real purpose. Not one 'sane' car across the country is gonna replicate all this, even if money wasnt a constraint.

.. they'd probably suggest plonking a small sub beneath the skateboard too !

Well that might pose a threat to the family jewels of the boarder
OT - I think the clarion should have had better models or should have skipped them altogether

The airbrush work on the Clarion Nano is really great, looks like one of those Chip Foose works.

I agree with Navin on the practicality of such installs. But hey, this is auto expo 2010, everyone participating would like to show off rather than think of practicality.

OMG

That is the best paint job I have ever seen on an Indian car.

I have a video, but it felt more like 400W RMS of bass instead of 4000W RMS
