mp3 cd not working in player

Hi all,
I have a little problem with my cd/mp3/dvd player, audio n video cds are working well but when I try to play the CD after loading some time its eject out!
as a solution I try to write the same cd at 4x speed now chances get brighter as it play some time and some time it dsnt
player is chinese and new, any ideas

I have a strong feeling that you have a Sony head unit...Anyways, if your system is under warranty the dealer will get it fixed or it will cost you few hundred bucks coz its the problem with the mp3 fromat reader or lens...can be fixed easily but it may reccur and you will need to repeat it and thats when you need to slip it out of your hand secretively...into the market and buy a pioneer, blaupunkt, nippon...

the player's lens might have died. it happens to the best. I have expensive home audio decks with this problem too, granted after many years.
