Good deal, Arjun.
Only the RCA. JBL never sold RCAs separately.
Have it exchanged it for a Scosche.

Will definitely get them exchanged. Will change them to Scosche.
Just got off the phone with him and he said he will change them to Scosche. He still insists they are original.

He was running his Sub and the front components from the amp. His rear speakers were of infinity. Planning to use the jbl 644 with the front comps and rear infinitys and a mono block for the sub sometime in the future.

Here in Delhi, we get around 20% discount on all the products you have mentioned, that too with bill.

The new Pioneer 5290SD has an MRP of 11,490. If you get a discount of 2300, it should be around 9,200.

The MRP of 644 was 9k when I last checked, should cost around 7.2k.

the MRP of 0938 was around 4.9k. cost about 3.6k.

Dont remember the cost of 638s.

the CS1215, 1100W base tube costed 4.4k, dont remember the MRP again.
the

The JBL RCs look fake, last I remember, JBL never sold RCs in India, or may be they never even made them, if I am not wrong!
I would also recommend you go for scosche, costed me 2200 for complete set including 2 RCs.

Going to miss the bass of the sub though.
The base tube can always be removed when you plan to go out of station. The rest of the set up will do its job.

Guys am changing my 2 RCA cables to scosche today.Should I change my amplifier wiring kit also to scosche or is the JBL fine.
Only if Scosche is considerably better than the JBL amplifier wiring kit , do I want to get them changed.

Hope the 400 w JBL GTO 948 give some bass after being amplified.
Since boot space is priority, by mounting ovals on an mdf plank you will be compromising on boot space.

I believe all of this is going into a swift, if so, the swift has speaker placement provision on the rear doors too. Why not 608c on all 4 doors ? This way you get a even sounding setup. In future if you need more bass you could always go in for a mono block & a sub or just bridge 2ch of the existing amp and feed the sub.

The JBL amplifier wiring kit looks genuine, and it is good if not better than the 8ga scosche kit.
