Need help on Amp bridging

HI Guys

I am also planning to upgrade ICE of my Tata Safari. I am planning to go for Infinity REF6530CS components rated 90 W rms at 2 ohm. I am also planning to go for Infinity REF1260W sub rated 300 W rms at 4 ohms. I am planing to power all these with single 4 channel JBL GT5-S644 amp.

Since I am no audio techie, I would like the Gurus to enlighten me as to how do I go about matching impedance/resistance/bridging channels etc. If you thing the amp is inadequate then please suggest me another but the amp budget is restricted to 10000 Rs.

Thanks in advance..
Happy Motoring..

If the budget is 10k why not go for JBLs 1004 instead, its the best at this price IMO (grey of course).

With this you can also look at upgrading your ICE without changing the amp as its pretty powerful.

Re: Review wanted on JBL GT5-644 /4ch Amp

Got the JBL 644 in my car. It powers 4" Rockford Fosgate at the front with HPF & gain at 25% and Rockford Fosgate 12" Sub. The 4" inchers were totally over shadowed by the RF 6x9 at the rear. Now they are alive and kicking. The music in the car is now smooth, distinct and crisp.

Re: Review wanted on JBL GT5-644 /4ch Amp

How does JBL GT5-644 fair against the KAC - M645,the latter being class D ?

I am thinking of getting one of these to power my rear coaxials - clarion 6 X 9,3 Way,300W
and a sub that i am yet to decide - possibly infinity ref1260w or any other basic sub in similar budget .

The GTO1004 is a current model. Not change or upgraded yet. There will probably be new GTO amplifiers in March 2012 in India.
