3 ways component supporting cars?

Need to buy a new car.
Which all cars support 3 way comps (front), I currently have Rainbow Soundline 3 way comps installed in my Indigo CS

Would it be possible for you to post a few pics of your current setup? I too own an Indigo CS and would like to see the placement of 3-way components in the same.

Thank You.

Regards,
Jaspreet Singh

Will post pics on Monday (Out of town). Midbass - doors, midrange - dash (space is available - under plastic grilles), tweeter - just beneath mid range.
Hope this helps for a while.

NO cars made in India support 3 Way components without modifications to the door pads/other strategic locations.

As far as I see, it's case closed ;-)

As far as laura is concerned it's only the LNK model that comes with 3 way.
Don't think Indica comes with dash and door options but what about the tweeter. Doesn't have stock location for the tweeter like laura does on the doors.

I believe the Jetta comes with a provision of 3 speakers upfront. 2 on the door and a tweeter on the A-pillar.

The rear doors have a 2 way provision.

Indica/Indigo (first gen) & A star for sure have two locations each - dash and door for the mid and woofer. the tweeter you'll have to install somewhere else ( A pillar).

If you *really* need to hide the tweeter too , replace the manual ORVM's with electric ones from the indigo XL, and that should let you use the place where the mirror adjustment pods used to be to fit the tweeters.

Still i dont think that's a reason to buy the old gen indica. the door location sucks, and you need to damp it a lot ( speaking from experience )

here's a shot of my indica showing the dash and door locations

All indigos also support this, TDI, Dicor, LS, LX, CS etc. (Mid bass at door, midrange on dash, tweeter - On A Pillar or dash).

How can you guys forget the Hyundai Santro?
Excellent 4" location on the dash.

But you have to cut the door pad to accommodate the 3 way in Santro!
