Car Audio System For Tata Nano

Which in car entertainment system would you recommend for the Tata Nano?
The head unit need not have a CD player, as FM radio, USB player and Micro SD card reader would be sufficient for my needs.
The location of the speakers?
My budget does not exceed 9K in any case.
