SUPERB Ice'd

Hey,

My car has done 1.5yrs and It is time for new ICE.
The stock head unit of the skoda superb was a blaunkpunkt made with limited features.It had a 6 mp3 cd changer,which was of no use since I played all my mp3 files from a 16gb sd card.There was a aux out but it dint display the files from my ipod on the HU.

Haneet helped me getting the trim kit for the superb with the wire harness.There was no cutting or chiseling of wires.I have to let go the parktronic display although I can hear the beeps from the bumpers.I will be installing the rearview camera very soon.I have installed a pioneer AVH 4250+jbl gto601.1 mono amp and two GTO1502D 15" DVC subs.I will be sticking to the oem components as they are of very high quality and the vocals are superb.I will be getting the canbus /PAC adapter through which I can restore the steering wheel controls.

Nice and simple install is what i think a superb needs. i recently drove a Superb but did not drive it much to fidle with all the features and things

The head unit looks like a OEM fit.(thanks Haneet for the trim kit)
Will be installing the canbus installer for retaining steering controls on monday.
Installing a reverse cam today.
And the bluetooth adapter module very shortly.

I have 2013 Skoda Superb 1.8TSI. I want to upgrade the headunit to latest and greatest thats available in the market.

Apple carplay is a must. Chinese android afternarket headunits are a strict no “Hypersonic”. I prefer Pioneer, Sony as of now. I really need a good reason to decide otherwise.

Budget is not an issue, Video playback is not required.

I prefer all car systems to work like operations of system through steering control etc.

Reverse camera is also required.

Please suggest which HU to go for as per my requirement.
