Head unit for Indigo.8K

My Indigo right now has the Blaupunkts Monterry(MP35), JBL 6x9 coaxials(937 I think) and JBL components. The sound system sounds great actually but the head unit no longer plays the mp3s I newly burn, has no USB.So planning to replace it.
requirements:
1. Should have internal amplifier( MOFSET 5Wx4?)
2. 24 bit DAC
3. 3 pre outs and subwoofer level control so that I can control the sub when I add one.Plan to drive the sub and components with a 4-Channel amp and rear speakers with the head unit in the future.
4. USB and front Aux is a must.
5. Default options like MP3/WMA playback.

Bonus features but not necessary:
1. Bluetooth
2. FLAC playback
3. Ipod ready
4. Option to turn off internal amp.People keep talking about it but have never experienced in any head unit.
5. SD card support

So all in all, a great sounding head unit with front aux and USB.Budget is 6-8K. If it's really worth it, I can stretch it to 10K if the necessity of sub-amp is nullidied.
Usually listen to Trance, minimal, rock, jazz, hindi old and new, pop.

Since I have USB input, wouldn't care much for SD card facility.Any other model which comes close in the rest of the features so that I can save money?

I dont think there is any HU under 10K (or 20K for that matter) that can play back FLAC but you should get Bluetooth and Ipod ready with just about any HU in the 8-10K price range.

FLAC is not important to me.My Mp3s are usually ripped at 320 kbps.I am very much fine with that quality.
Can you name the top ones in 8=10k range apart from the Pioneer 4290 model suggested above.I would like to have some options.

thanks abhibh. will look into them.
By the way, are kenwood and JVC good in terms of sound quality?I know that the best sounding units are from Alpine and Eclipse but they are out of my range.

Well Kenwood owns JVC and for me kenwood is more smoother sounding than Alpine plus kenwood are very much value for money.

I'd take the 7046BT over the other 2 in abhibh's post.
