Caska HU's are available for 46-50k depending on the car in question!

Fortuner is a great vehicle, and caska makes it awesome,

but that USB cable wrapped with a rubber-band is making it look worst, get it removed or placed at back, so its not visible.
It spoils the look of such a expensive car and HU.

It cost me inr 47000.For TPMS add another 11000 inr. Rearview cam rs 3500.

At that price wouldn't it be better to get an alpine,pioneer,kenwood etc from one of the mainstream brands ?

Why a Caska ? what advantages does it have compared to the other brands ?

Went for 10k service yesterday.No complaints to report. The total cost for service 2132Rs only!!! for a car costing 20 lakhs. Just great...
Cost wise breakup of service..
Fluid washer...............55.00
Wheel bal weight........15.00
Gasket,Oil pan drain....32.00
Oil Filter. .....337.00
SM/CF 5W30 ..............1695.00
Fixed Reverse camera, Chrome Mirror cover with turn signal, chrome door housing and side turn lamp cover.
Added P8 HID 4300K for 8500Rs. I could've got it much cheaper outside but didn't want to take the risk of warranty problems. Photos will follow soon

Yes Salman, the controls work in my car including Stereo and MID. Definitely a very satisfied customer till now barring the maps from Satguide .

2132 is unbelievable. And that to for a 10k service. Even that was just because of the oil. B ut surprised to see no labour cost or anything.

Is this a paid service or part of a free service package, cause all what is mentioned are for consumables

Liked the caska when i saw pics in a mag. Its great that they have tailor made each hu so that it fits perfectly into the car you drive. Can we use maps from any provider? You are running satguide. Can we use MMI? Congratulations on a great buy definately spruces up the fortuner dash. Only niggle is the usb with the rubberband. You have to figure something out to keep it out of view.

it is the third free service@10000kms. So no labour charges this time

Except for the OE slot integration and GPS/maps there is absolutely nothing great about these HU's.Sound quality is a big toss with 0 tuning features except the regular bass/treble/fad/bal/loud control which a basic 2k HU has,unnecessarily over priced product.one can get a carputer setup in that range

Mileage update...Went for a long drive last week. As per MID my FE figure was 13.7KMPL...

Last week Fort had some cosmetic upgrades. Had installed
OE skirts (not from dealer) . Also had Headrest monitors installed. The brand is CONVEX. Mileage ,as usual hovers around 13kmpl mark. Had 10k service .Cost 2900 inr. Overall very satisfying experience except dealer.Had unpleasant experience there.

Will post pics of new installs
