The objective should not be deriving the best out of the HU, rather what you are missing in the output as compared to another system, like distinct vocals in the same song, or the feeling of depth. If you are not missing anything in a comparison, perhaps you should let that feeling go and use what you are familiar with.

You already have a 4-channel, so get a mono for the sub. Not for loud volume, but for the amp's current dumping ability.

You are putting in a sub, so damping front door isn't enough. You have to consider doing the rear doors and more importantly the boot lid (even tightly stuffed cotton waste will help here). And don't forget to lay a couple of strips of double sided tape behind the rear number plate.

Duster unit needs unlock code, so if you can get that from dealer for this particular head unit, it should work. Maybe you can ask your brother and check for this.

You have to check whether the head unit can be fitted in a double din facia for Duster.
