I came across this place during a casual conversation with my colleague who recently had got his bike polished. He showed me the pics of his bike and I liked the way his blue Pulsar was looking so good. After 3M denying to detail a 2 wheeler and OCD giving an expensive estimate, I was hunting for options and I wanted to give this a try.



I went there on last Saturday and saw a lot of bikes parked over. Two bikes were in WIP, but I was promised a 2 hour delivery with water wash + polish and also minor touch ups for the rush on exhaust and some paint chips. One of the guys who works there - Sai (IIRC) is a pretty enthusiastic boy. I think they took a little more time for delivery, but I was pretty much engrossed into a conversation with a new friend I met there (an ardent RE fan) and hence didn't bother about the additional time.

While the boy was taking the bike out, he tripped on the bike stand and the bike leaned over causing some scratches on the exhaust - I was Ok considering it was all minor scratches and happy he wasn't hurt.

Just when finishing touches were being done, the owner of the shop, Mr. Kalanidhi came and inspected the bike - wasn't fully satisfied with the work and took it back for another 10 mins. May be Sai told him about the incident, he did a complete spray paint on the exhaust too, without asking. I found Kalanidhi to be a little shy / introvert, but quite polite. His thirst for a superior customer experience has me smiling all the way and am definitely going back to this shop.

This shop has been temporarily closed. It was rather sad the calls were never answered or replied. On one fine day, the call was picked up by their Anna Nagar branch (which is the first Incredible) and the guys told the Besant Nagar shop is being shifted to OMR and will be functional in a couple of months. They sent someone to pick my bike from Adyar and returned in the night after a wash & polish, for no extra charge.

I liked the fact that they tried to retain a customer by offering to pick the bike. The work was done well too, so no complaints.
