Well when I was in Goa with friends, i almost got a chance to drive (move would be right i guess) a 407. The truck had to be just moved little bit ahead. Since there was no one to drive the truck and the driver had left the keys in, i thought Let me try moving this one now. I sat on the drivers seat and almost started the truck when the driver came Well thats the closest i've been to driving the truck.
And if you call driving Sumo a truck, then i've driven one No offence to any Sumo owners

Aren't the Tatra trucks the same that are being used by the Indian Army?? Those big huge ones with 4 wheels in front and 4 at back?

had reversed a fully loaded FM7 in nerul during my college days.as there was this sardar driver friend of mine.
i used to go all the way to panvel with him with me between the cleaner and him .and my friend following us on my splendor.
i have also driven a mitsubishi canter in mangaloreand also reversed an ALL luxury bus .
also i had joined driving classes for heavy vehicles in vikhroli.and used to learn on *a tata 1210.
but now not in touch.
the only heavy vehicle that i drive now is my Office Indica. :buzz:with the driver resting most of the times.

A Tata 407...for 40 kms on the Alibag highway! A friend owns a poultry farm in alibag, where we had gone to spend the weekend. Nothing much to do over late evenings but for one ice cream parlour in town (supposedly "happening&quot. The poultry CJ340 engine was down due to some idiot driving it without oil and the only vehicle available to us was this yellow truck!!

Was awesome driving it, and the acceleration would leave most of you surprised. The only thing is....we didnt know how to shut it!! Only after we went back to the farm did the driver show us taht you have to pull the accelerator to switch the engine off.
