Mitsubishi launches Express van range based on the Renault Trafic

Mitsubishi has leveraged the advantages of badge sharing to launch the Mitsubishi Express van range, essentially based off the Renault Trafic.

Available in both short and long wheelbase versions, the Express has both manual and auto transmissions on offer. As compared to its partner Renault, Mitsubishi offers a 5 year 100,000 km warranty on the Express in Australia, compared to the 3 years unlimited kms warranty from Renault. It also undercuts the Renault version to version by atleast AU$1000.

Unfortunately, crossovers are what the current market demands, and brands which refuse to move in that direction fall along the way.

As for vans, Mitsubishi always had vans in its portfolio over the years.

The L300 has always been a commercial workhorse.

How can we forget the Delica, which also comes with 4x4, and is quite popular in Japan.
