I like the looks of the Striker.Almost like the Gypsy,yet a bit more rugged. The AXE looks nice too.Gotta have amazing off road performance.

the gypsy in the earlier reply is specially for Khan Saab who is a die hard gypsy fan!

Awesome pic @Parm. Where did you get this one? Could not identify the vehicles apart form the Axe. What is Vectra? Who makes them? Sorry for so many questions.

Whats the "Vectra" and another TATA vehicle? Are these regular vehicles or beign Test Driven by the Army? Any details.

Its a picture from the trials the forces had for a light specialist vehicle (LSV). I think Vectra Engineering who make the vehicle are linked with tetra and partly Indian owned but based in the Czech Republic.

Wow Wow and more Wow!!

Made me a little emotional thinking about the special feeling of being associated with the armed forces (Dad took retirement from IAF). Its a life that I probably miss and can only be experienced not explained

Also I remember amongst the lot my favorite used to be a Russian vehicle known by the name CRAZ. Eight wheels and huge to say the least and generally used as a missile carrier. Tried to search for pics on the net but was unlucky.
