1) Nice photo for a spyshot.

2) Xylo has an image of people mover for families. This pickup will affect the image of Xylo in a negative way. Are they planning to replace Bolero pickup ?

Any given day, I would love to see a better front that is more tough looking and upgraded suspension.

3) Is there any possibility that they are testing a new motor, the motor expected in the new SUV from Mahindra ?

@ shishir, I managed to click ONLY this pic, as I was traveeling in opposite direction & by the time, I took an U-turn to click more pics, the driver of this test vehicle got moving with great speed.

This looks more like a cargo vehicle than a lifestyle pick up. I think its going to affect the Xylo sales.

Nice scoop siddhu. Hope they don't release it in the Indian market at least.
That is a sure killer for Xylo sales.
I would think this kind of a model is aimed at the export markets.
Mahindra has a foothold in SA and other African countries. They are also
planning to penetrate the US market. There the expectations from trucks
are quite high as most BHPians may be aware.Of course, not like this , I'm sure there are lots of development planned on this one.

Nice scoop Siddhu

They must have just fixed the contraption behind as a disguise. It could be a lifestyle pickup like the Scorpio Getaway.

This is one of the designs made by Shoeb Kalania of SRK designs, a long time back.

It still looks like c**p.

How I wish someone buys out TATA and Mahindra, and combines them. The design cues from the Tata with the reliability of the Mahindra. What a void!

From the pics, one good advantage in the Xylo pick-up is a complete flat-bed.

I really dont understand what these guys (Stratergist) smoke, the Getaway has not done well, Niether has Xenon, when they already have a Bolero pickup and a Tatamobile pickup which are doing well why come out with a Xylo pickup and kill the Xylo which is doing fairly ok.

This is going to affect the image of the XYLO badly and families may differ from buying this vehicle due to the utilitarian image that the pick up is going to create.

Looks horrendous, but good scoop shot.

Looks like it will replace bolero camper and will compete with tata 207 DI RX.
