Pan-India truck permits for Rs. 15,000

Yesterday I was mentioned that there has been some changes in the Central Govt and also the state Govt RTO rules which enables the vehicles Road Tax to be paid in One State and valid for the whole country

. I tried searching for info but no joy.. Can someone please shed some light this

Unfortunately this scheme is for Trucks permits. Pan India truck permits for 15k.

Any information regarding the personal vehicles or its confirm for Commercial vehicles only ?

i think private vehicles registered in one state can be used whole india
