LUXURIA - Bangalore to Chennai. EDIT : Now renamed to *Luxury* Buses

LUXURIA - has been initiated by Blue Hills Investment Pvt Ltd. Has anyone on the forum tried them - if so how has been the experience. What phenomenal difference has DC brought in for the comfort of the passenger. I have read that they have a cloakroom at the end of the seats.

Do post your feedback

Cheers

Tried checking their website - but seems to be down! luxuriatravel.com
@Saildrive: A couple of days back the Zigwheels supplement with the TOI BLR edition had a full review. The cloakroom does exist!

Man!!! This costs a whooping Rs 1800 per person for a single journey !!! For this money, I can not only enjoy a long drive, but also take a maximum of 5 people along with me to BLR.

Does anyone know who's utilizing their services or has anyone from TBhp availed their service? How many ppl are boarding everyday? Any idea?

Really Expensive!

~1000 Rs more and you can fly!

That said, the bus looks really cool!

And that was advertised as a reasonable cost.

@aarggee, you want to compare driving with 5 occupants in a car with a luxurious travel experience ?

I feel this is very much suitable for folks who can claim flight expenses from the company for official trips. This is not only a great experience, but also saves time.

These buses are already running full. They're trying to replicate a flight experience. So you get hot meals served to you and you also have wifi and business class seats. Add the wait times at the airports and I guess you more or less take the same time as by plane. Now that's cool.

Rush is so much now-a-days that people are ready to pick up tickets for whatever money you list out.

Visited their website and glanced through the gallery and looks it is really luxurious to take this bus service. With that said, if they would offer hygienic refreshments and clean and dust proof cabins, I believe the service is good for the cost.

All in all, I like these trend setters who are now taking the Bus travel into a new standard.

Their USP here is the quality of service offered, and if they continue to maintain the hight standards of service like a decent amount of in-house cleanliness, punctual arrival and departure times and a tasty refreshments, they will continue to run full house.
