The most prominent landmark is DD motors workshop in Mayapuri, alongside which, there is a bylane that leads directly to their office. Ask for BSES office, which is located just into the bylane. A few metres from there, you will be able to locate them.

Just to update this part.

Auto Czar is also located in New Rohtak Road next to Jain Petrol Pump, there is only 1 petrol pump on this stretch so easy to locate.

Was able to procure couple of parts from them on this weekend, stocks all MGA parts and is an extension to the Mayapuri shop which is the headquarter.
