Got the films ( VK 70 for the front, H 50 for sides and VK 75 for the rear) for my Altis today from Vkool. Very good experience and will surely recommend it to other members.

finally got my altis vkooled... today same price as above by mentioning our beloved team-bhp

very professional people & brilliant work.
the drive up the ramp to their shop can by torture for low ground clearance car due to elevation

Congrats. Yup they do a fantastic job and you feel good about spending such a huge amount for the films. And till now I am really happy with them although to be fair the real summers will start now. Did you deal with deepak? And mentioned me? I am planning to take my Nissan Sunny there sometime this month after taking delivery.

yes i did, he was all awe about team-bhp and number of people coming in their shop due to team-bhp which is decent enough publicity. He's decent chap. Has quite impressive knowledge of his product.
pain area as i said is their ramp, my city will never be able to make it up there

Yea thats a little too steep. Although the altis made it without touching. I am guessing the city will do just fine. Afterall Deepak drives his alto up that ramp every day I guess.

Ouch that must have hurt a lot. I guess its may be because of the angle. Did you tell them about this? They ought to get it repaired since it will affect there business. No new car owner would appreciate this.

yea i did tell him about it. while we were on the topic he did mentioned that a Lambo had come but couldn't come up the ramp

Actually getting it done at your doorstep sounds very convenient. Only problem I have is that at the showroom its done in an enclosed space so chances of dust accomodating is very less. If there didn't have a similar set-up and had an open area then I would have surely got it done in my home only.

Thanks to team-bhp reference, I also got my Honda City done today at the same price

However, I was not very impressed with the manner in which they pried open the door panels to install the window films. Two of the doors now have screwdriver marks near the power window switch panel

Also, they did not cleaned up the gum residue left behind(after removing existing Garware film) on the window sills properly. I had to bring it to the notice of Deepak to get it cleaned.

I would give them 7.5/10 for installation.

Why VK75 for rear? Just stick with H50 and save the money (you do save right?). I know what the rules say but cops will not bother you only for rear windscreen. It is much more important sticking to the rule for the front.
