The fuse box is inside the cabin, so it should be OK. My i10 has its fuse box open though. If you cut the box to accomodate the fuse tap, then it will also remove the fuse markings around that area. I don't recommend it. It's always easy to refer which fuse each slot represents instead of using the manual
