The Headlights are already Philips Crystal Vision White. Yes, I need to put in an LED white bulb for the park lights.

Re: DIY - LED Strip Necklace for Civic

Did you put those LED parking lights?
Any idea what is the bulb number? Even I am looking at changing those to match the HIDs.

Hope you have done something about the insulation tape!
That Wonder tape is anyway no good. Over period of time it will simple come of and expose to short circuit.

No Idea about the bulb number, but its the standard one that comes with all park lights. If I remember, its W2.
I have anyway now upgraded to a projector setup.

Re: DIY - LED Strip Necklace for Civic

Thanks for this - came across this as I consider the options for my City VMT. Where did you buy the new white LED strip in Bangalore and how much did you pay for it?

Came out really well, I should say. The daytime visibility is very good. The install is also very clean. A coincidence was that the length of the strip exactly matched the length of the edge of the fog lamp. Here are some snaps.

I had bought it off ebay. Don't remember the exact price but was around Rs 300 for 2 strips.
