Re: The incredibly stupid & dangerous Kiki challenge

This has reached such ridiculous proportions in the US that NTSB has issued a warning on this stupid challenge.

Re: The incredibly stupid & dangerous Kiki challenge

As long as there are "stupid" folks who initiated this, there will be followers. It is practically not possible to insulate such acts in today's age!

Someone should sue Drake who visualized and created this craze! Not to mention suspending his DL for a year!!

Re: The incredibly stupid & dangerous Kiki challenge

In the 1960s there was a world famous model named Twiggy. She realized her fame was but a fleeting phase and the following phrase was attributed to her, " in the future everyone will be famous for a few minutes". That future is here with folks desperate to be famous on facebook or youtube to get the 'likes' of anonymous clicki-bots they don't know.

Kiki Challenge Reaches Mumbai Locals, Cops Launch Manhunt To Nab The Errant Youths
Quote:
Kiki challenge has become a rage among the people and menace for police. People are dangerously dancing around the vehicles and some end up getting hurt. Police in many states have issued advisory asking people to avoid any life-threatening challenge like this.

Now, a Mumbai youth has taken the so-called challenge. According to reports, the dance - called Shiggy - was performed on the platform at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus with the local train in motion.

The Central Railways (CR) has been trying to verify this video and Railway Protection Force (RPF) trying to find the person who took the challenge.

The video was uploaded on YouTube on July 30 with title ‘Kiki challenge on Mumbai local trains’. The video starts with a youth dancing in a local train compartment and getting down from the compartment as it starts moving and dances on the platform with train moving. RPF now wants action against the person who was seen in the video.

“The person in the video will be identified and action will be taken against him. These types of stunts will provoke others to imitate it. We request commuters not to undertake any type of stunts in the local trains as it can be life-threatening,” said Sachin Bhalode, senior divisional security commissioner, CR and was quoted by HT.

Re: The incredibly stupid & dangerous Kiki challenge

I think this is just as stupid when people stand out of sun-roofs. The connected net makes people reach new heights of stupidity and just being plain dumb.
