Looks more like a cart, will this even be road legal? Unless the pic has been taken from some super weird angle, this 'thing' does not even seem to have a roof! Gotta say though, something this nimble and small is precisely what the transport medium should be for a single person to commute everyday!

However, It's becoming increasingly tough to figure out serious attempts, from the man's proclivity to just churn out stuff to feed his ego. Not sure if all this would add up the way Musk wants us to believe it will.

It does look too tiny for having a roof. If the photo taken is without any weird angle then it does look more like a toy than actual usable product.

Agreed with the serious attempt part. Looks like another senseless product like the "Flamethrower".
