Seems to be pretty old news, the date on the press release is 20 August 2018.

Aston Martin Back in Production and Building Goldfinger DB5 Cars.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Aston Martin is back in production in England, building a limited run of Goldfinger-inspired DB5 cars,55 years after the last of the original run of cars was built

Production will be limited to 25, most of which are already sold, and the price is around $3.4 million.

Apparently Aston Martin has suffered huge losses (Aston Martin bailed out by Lawrence Stroll) to tune of £277 million in first half of 2020 with sales down by 41%. This may mean that "No Time To Die" could be the last Bond movie to feature an Aston Martin.

Aston Martin is celebrating the new James Bond film No Time To Die with two special editions of the Vantage and DBS Superleggera.



Inspired by the classic V8, which made its 007 debut in The Living Daylights back in 1987 and makes a cameo appearance in the new film too alongside the DB5.



The Vantage 007 Edition is limited to 100 cars and starts at £161,000 ($210,663) in the United Kingdom. Deliveries will commence in Q1 2021.
