Maruti Suzuki keeps silently testing its EV, could surprise a launch much earlier than expected.

To be initially available to fleet owners it will eventually retail through NEXA for private buyers.

Maruti's WagonR based was spied on tests just before the lockdown.

Coming in 2021, the EV will initally be available to fleet operators' only before offering to mass market.

Maruti's EV spied again:

Maybe Folks at Maruti plant are using this for nearby grocery runs, since the same car has been running around that area for ages and we haven't heard any development on this car.

Will they ever bring this to market, seems like they are testing this from eternity. Hope they have better battery, ~30kwh at a cheaper price.
