Other than the fact that the Electric motor would churn a flat torque curve throughout its rev range compared to an IC engine with a relatively narrow torque band, the fun factor of an EV MT should be similar to an IC MT vehicle. The EV MT would be more engaging and fun to drive compared to a single gear EV for sure.

The ability to shift to higher gear ratios and propel the car faster at lower EV motor rpm (lesser power and higher efficiency) would be great.

Also the added bonus of never stalling the EV at any gear any speed. The clutch would still be required to switch between the gears.
From a standstill or lower speeds, an EV would take off better at lower gears just like an IC vehicle. The fun factor of an EV MT or IC MT vehicle should be similar.
