The Tata Nexon EV Max, launched at Rs. 17.74 lakh (pg 18)

I really feel like this is a new sales network for EVs considering the fact that Tata Motors Passenger Electric Mobility is a separate entity from Tata Motors Passengers Vehicles. Also you may have noticed that the EVs have a different website from ICE cars.

I would expect the following on April 29 event

Car : Nexon long range

Extra features:

1. Longer range - 400 plus km

2. Cruise control

3. Ventilated seats (front)

4. Faster charging

Extra surprise / wishlist

5. Adjustable regen

6. Electronic/ button parking brake or P mode

7. One more light in cabin

8. No blue ev highlights in body color

9. All Led lights (no halogen bulb in car)

So April turned out to ConceptWare from Tata Motors. No actual new cars or upgrades announced.

Tata EVs 1.1(if I can say Nexon LR) with 300km: May 2022
Tata Evs 2.0( Curvv) with 400-500km : 2024
Tata EVs 3.0(Avinya) with >500km : 2026?

That's a nice future planning, glad that 3.0 showcased now itself and not after 2.0 is released to market. Hope, 2.0 and 3.0 become truly global products.

I liked the name Avinya, they should have created a sub brand called Avinya for EVs like Ioniq and have Avinya 1,2,3...
