sathee46, the first one is a very nice composition. Using the surroundings to contrast the main object is a good technique.

@sathee: The first one is a keeper. Well done! It has got good dynamic range, but doesn't look to be an HDR... How did you process it?

@Samurai & Clevermax, Thanks for the comments. It is not an HDR, Just played with color, contrast and white balance. The sky itself was intresting at the time.

Just caught up with a few oldies from the forum today. The good ole' birdie was having a field day with all black cars while myself and Benny decided to try some rough terrain with the Scorp'. No uummmpphh as you may call it, however still posting it.

My take on Riju's Scorp. Interestingly, seeing the way we were going about taking those pics, passerbys thought it was an ad film shoot.

Nice stance. It would've been better if the sky wasn't this washed out. Blending it from an underexposed shot would make it look fantastic... (Inspired by Rudra's Punto shot) If you have the RAW file, you could bring down the EV few steps and still blend it.

I see Rudra's Cannon mounted on the tripod, let's see that output.

clevermax - thanks for the feedback. I've reworked the image within my extremely limited PP knowledge compared to Rudra. Please feedback.

If its the camera you're referring to, its a Canon Although from what ajmat tells me, Cannon/Canon have been used interchangably by Rudra.

Anyway, till the CannonMaster puts up his artwork, you'll have to settle for this Rudra-wannabe's pic:

Now when the sky got better, the Scorp and the ground became a bit dark. I took two of your pictures and blended them again. Basically, the sky in your second picture and the rest from the first. But if entire sky looked like how it is at the left side, it would 've been really good.

Benny, maggie, riju, what are you guys doing with all the special effects? With a brand new white scorpio under perfect shooting conditions, I want to see some normal photography, no HRD/Orton/over-PP effect please.
