Lovely colours, and great timing!

On the other hand, I am thinking of going B&W for many of my photos - if I get nice mist - during the upcoming trip.

True. But watching it from a close distance was scary. Once we had even witnessed the male trying to choke the kid with its beak. It looked upon us as its protector.

It was getting dark when this oriental magpie robin made a brief visit to home. Lowered the shutter speed to 1/50 sec at ISO 2000. Shot wide open at f/5.6 handheld at a couple of feet away.

OFF Topic:
Its really strange how one thing leads to another and another and another...

1. Was browsing through the T-Bhp classic auto advt thread. >

2. Zoned out, random reading, caught my attention.

3. Smiled at narendra.vw's comment.

4. Googled about automotive light bulb construction. Landed at Popular Mechanics

5. 'Shooting car ads without car' caught my attention. Link

6. Was blown away with the details, googled the photographer, Felix Hernandez, found his page.

7. Wanted to share that in T-BHP, got searching and realized there is no general photography discussion thread, its either DSLR thread or photo sharing threads.

8. And finally decided to share it here...

[Absolutely right, not at all a busy day at work.]
