June 1st morning after first monsoon showers

pics taken on my N73 this morning 25km round trip from home-kumbalangi-kathrikadavu-chellanam-thoppupady-home.

intentionally left the RVMs and the doorframe in the composition. should I not have done that?
I was too lazy to get out of the car to capture the scene.
i didnt use the zoom function as the cameraphone loses out on clarity if zoomed.

The camera on the N73 is probably the best among all the mobile phones. I have never seen better shots coming out any other mobile phone, so far. I have owned N73 briefly, so I can claim first hand experience. My HTC touch camera can spoil any good scene.

Rippergeo, the photos have come very good. Although you need to fix composition. Make sure horizons are not tilted like in the first image. Also don't center the horizons, use the 1/3rd rule. Notice how it looks if you reframe it.

yeah! feel the same about the N73.
thanks samurai.
actually i had used picasa on it to straighten the horizon, but forgot to save the changes when i compressed the photo.

about the horizons- its a nasty habit i have picked up bisecting the image with the horizon, I do make a conscious effort to avoid that(after being criticised by numerous good photographers). but once in a while the odd one slips through.
also, I tried cropping it according to the 1/3rd rule, but my effort didnt look as good as yours. thanks.

@Samurai
The camera in n73 has a serious issue of inducing a yellowish tinge in all photos it takes, especially colour representation of green and blue is very poor and mostly some kind of blue noise settles into dark areas of the shot you are taking. Also it has a problem with crispness when i comes to macros. I was using an N73 before switching over to k810i. And i really think so that the camera on k810i produces the most natural coloured and crisp pics amonst all mobile phones.
But I must say, the video quality on the n73 is simply the best in a 3.2 Mega pixel camera.
Taken using macro mode on K810i

Here are some pics taken from the Nokia N80 camera when I was in Switzerland. I had taken a few pics from my dad's Nikon D80 (I like photography and was trying out his camera, some of the effects that one can take from a proper camera just can't be repeated) but I don't have them with me.
Comments on improving these shots would be appreciated.

A bit OT: In BP Excellence Awards 2007 (Awarded in April 2008), 1st place in the camera phone category went to Sony cybershot k810, followed by Samsung SGH D900 and Nokia N73.
