I am fascinated with food pictures. It's been ages there are no pictures of any food on this thread. So thought of livening up with a few. Btw, aren't there any foodies on this thread?

Kalmi Kebab/Paneer Tikka/Veg Springrolls..Yummy..huh?

Have been editing the pictures as I get time. These are again from The Tibetan Settlement, Bylakuppe. I have to add a CPL to my gear, I am missing a lot of good shots due to reflections (Picture 3).

@TG: Lovely picture there. Interested to know what kind of processing you've done on the sky...

I like this kind of places very much if I am sitting inside a car / house with temperature 25 degree Celsius or higher.

Im using a 72mm UV filter on my 18-200 lens. I never take it off.
I dont shoot at night, but does having a UV filter ON make a big difference in twilight or late evening shots...?

No, CPL and UV filters are entirely different. CPL can cuts off polarized light, and most of the reflections are polarized light, so they can be eliminated. UV filter just cuts of UV radiation.

You can leave your UV filter on the lens always for lens protection (only advantage) in digital cameras, but make sure you use one with good quality so that it doesn't compromise on image quality.

I liked this spidey even though I have a phobia for large spiders.
