Thats expected from that lens. Superb colour and crispy sharp. People complain about its build quality. I have it for more than 4,5 years. And it is still working as it was on day one. I just feel that some dust might have gone in.

Did you notice the pentagonal oof lights in the back ground. If you really want to pick a fault with this lens, thats the only thing. It looks slightly harsh. Thats about it.

That's because of less number of iris blades for aperture diaphragm. More number of blades would have made it circular. It's one way to cut cost without cutting corners. But why that's a problem Guru?

Yes Riju the second picture was shot last evening.

What you say is absolutely true about the lens, made of plastic right down to the lens mount and there is barely even a focus ring.
But you can are easily overlook the drawbacks when one looks at the price and very sharp images.
