Re: Steve Jobs RIP

Oh this is shocking.
I never knew his health problems were that bad.

He leaves behind impossibly large shoes to fill.
Impossibly Large.
RIP Steve.

Re: Steve Jobs RIP

Steve Jobs touched everyone's life. He will be missed by everyone. Dies at just 56, that is so unfair.

Re: Steve Jobs RIP

Hats off to the guy who redefined the meaning of education, thinking far ahead of the masses and following one's dreams. Inspiration for all. Adieu to the man but his spirit lives on .... in all of us.

Re: Steve Jobs RIP

We have lost a true visionary in the digital world, how can we imagine ourselves today without an Iphone or Ipad or Ipod. Truly showed us the 'touch' effect amongst the electronics. You will be missed Steve, may your soul RIP.

Re: Steve Jobs RIP

Close of a great chapter for gadget lovers. Hope Apple keeps the leading position in tribute to the GREAT MAN. Hope they come up with a Steve tablet with connectivity options galore.

Re: Steve Jobs RIP

What bad news to hear on a holiday morning. What a guy!. There are the gates, zukerbergs and larrys of the world, but none can even come close to the vision that this guy had.

Thanks for putting a smile on millions of faces. 56 is just unfair for a guy who made this world a better place for everyone. I consider myself lucky to be born in the same generation as him. Hats off steve!. R.I.P

Re: Steve Jobs RIP

Visionary par excellence. Every once in while someone comes along to change the way we think and live. He was one who left behind more than he came with.

Re: Steve Jobs RIP

This is really shocking news.

I like the way Obama mentioned him in his condolence message.

".....brave enough to think differently, bold enough to believe he could change the world, and talented enough to do it."

Re: Steve Jobs RIP

Today the world has lost its foremost tech visionary. While I am no Apple fan, I admired Steve Jobs immensely because he showed that techies can build and run a company successfully, and that technology and style need not be mutually exclusive. In a tech world run by businessmen, he was the knight in shining armour for the techies. He will be really missed.

Re: Steve Jobs RIP

I have not owned any Apple products but that never stopped me from admiring the man. He was a true Titan and his Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish speech was one of the best I have ever heard.

RIP Steve.
