Lost : TV Tuner Card Driver CD

When cleaning the the godown of my uncle who is a computer hardware dealer I got some half a dozen of inexpensive TV Tuner Cards manufactured by Mercury, but the driver CD's bundled with the cards were missing. My uncle is quite ignorant of how the CD's were lost.

Since it's not auto-detected by Windows/Linux, I searched the net for any generic drivers for the Mercury cards, but in vain. Since specific model names were not mentioned in the cards, I couldn't search the net specifically.

Is there any way which can be used to bring them back to life in Windows/Linux ?

Mercury has drivers for 2 types of TV tuner cards. Try both and fix the one which works from the mercury site.
In the first link select "Add on card" then select TV tuner cards. You will see 2 options. download both options and try.
