How is DELL support in India

I have bought 2 laptops for my relatives under corporate discount, the quality is top notch and very prompt after sales service support. Check out for the latitude i7 series if you are looking for performance. Else the studio series for more personalised use

I've been using 2 Dell laptops. The Dell XPS M1530 has been with me for the last 4 years and the Alienware M17x R3 is there for the last 2 years. Did face a couple of issues but kudos to the A.S.S. All issues were resolved within 3 working days time. The best part is the Complete Care Warranty that they have. Broke the display a couple of times accidently and was replaced immediately without any hassle at all. Hope car manufacturers were giving half the A.S.S. that Dell gives!
