Yoohooo finally the apps is available for the iphone, I am happy.

Will download it tonight, thanks for sharing the info.

Also I believe there is a new update for IOS 7 from Apple since yesterday, the new version is now IOS 7.0.3, need to download it tonight.

I've downloaded the Mapmyindia app for all my iDevices and upgraded to iOS 7.0.3 today.
Now need to go to the new Mac OS Maverick in the night! Fantastic!

You probably are looking at the first app that appears on search. Look for the second app

This was imminent. MMI maps were available for Android for quite a some time now.

Aggressive strategy by MMI & Apple to counter the popularity of Google Maps, specially after Apple's flopped Maps project.

"Search by House Number" feature puts MMI one step ahead of GMaps. But the same feature is available on Android version as well.

I use Andorid, so I do not know whether MMI is providing offline feature for Apple products. I presume they won't.

For offline geeks, Sygic still remains as the first choice!

Strange as I still see still see it as paid for 1500 bucks.I am on IOS 7.0.3 on iPhone 5.

This doesn't work offline.
I use their Don't Panic GPS app on the iOS. Paid 2700 INR.

This Map my India application is not the correct one.Its sygic India, and it is still showing up as paid in my phone.


Edit-Sygic India is still paid for IOS users the map my India one is free,and afaik it was always free and it's not an offline application,so google maps are still the best.
