Ipaq 1940 repair - India

greetings,

My ipaq 1940 died (screen is dead, I could hear reset activity when reset pressed) recently. Does anybody know where I can get it repaired in India? Hyderbad would be great if reliable source found.

Contact the HP Service. You can the info on their site. HP officially sells iPAQs in India so they should offer service too..

If you want to take risk and sure that the problem is with the screen, you can take a chance at http://www.gethightech.com/. They sell PDA parts online and also provide directions for fixing. I think you can manage to get it to India through somebody travelling from US.

Its the building with Digital Shoppy store in it..

If its under valid Indian warranty, the repair should be free..
