ok anyone using gt5 prologue having probs with gt tv ??
i see a lot of free content there like the "making of ferrari" and top gear series. However, unlike the directly playable ones like "evo x first look". when you click on these it says add to cart. Once i add to cart and I try to checkout, after the accept agreement page it says please wait for few seconds and then shows me an empty cart and says "there are no items in your account" So bottomline I can't see these payper view videos which have been made free for a limited time help!!

Is GT tv accessed through internet? I see only one demo available as standard without going online

in the gt5 prologue menu i have a gt tv option - can see quite a few of the free videos on the evoX review, gtr, etc. There are some paid ones which are available for free for a limited time, but I can't get to those from cart

Hello Guys, so i went and bought a 80gb Metal Gear Solid 4 Edition PS3 from gamestop.
it costed me around 550$. so when i took it home i got a pleasent shock... it did not work. it is freezing in the middle of downloads and installing games.it sucked. so i called gamestop they said they will exchange the whole unit ( good guys because most stores will only change the console). they gave me another PS3 bundle. I came home wondering will it work. What happened ? it did not even start. so i called the store and asked a friend working at the store to come home and check whats problem during the lunch time. he came and checked and said its a bad system. They replaced the system again. but this time he sent a guy along with me to check if i m doing any thing wrong.

so came home opened it hoping it will work and Voila it is working perfectly. So what i found yesterday is sony PS3 is unreliable than the Xbox 360. i had 2 of them. the first one got a RROD after like 18 months so microsoft replaced the system with a new one.

So hows is PS3: its good. as i am used to xbox 360 controller which weighs a bit more and bit big it fits perfectly well in my big hands, but the PS3 Controller is small and light weight i m getting used to it.downloading takes some time. i downloaded couple of top gear episodes and watched them. they are not the best quality but still its topgear. i tried to play MGS4 i did not understand it a bit. so i need to try it again.

total rating 7/10.

sorry for the long write up guys

What r your lap times like? Maybe you need to put in a few more laps in time trial and then give it a shot.

I tried it with default settings and my lap times were :
Lap 1 - 2'16.535
Lap 2 - 2'07.424
Lap 3 - 2'07.414

This allowed me to finish in 1st place.

Some good price drops on the xbox 360 front anounce in the UK. The arcade version can now be found for as little as £119.99 (with a wireless controller).

The 60gb version can be had for £159.99.

I wonder is Sony will follow with PS3 price reductions.

Only problem with these newer 360's is the liteon drives they are using. Apparently they can't be flashed/patched.

Ok so it must be specific to certain game titles then, coz GT5 has run flawlessly from Day 1.
