Looks like they are all out to kill sales of the Mi4, or to hijack buyers who don't get the Mi4 invite

Had they not sold the phone without CM11 when the ban by the Delhi HC was in place? I believe they were available without invites for a mouth watering price of 19K.

Those looking to buy the OnePlus One have a golden chance tomorrow. However, looking at the number of people who are pinging me, writing to me or even messaging me on whatsapp etc. about the opportunity tomorrow and how they are going to order one, I have a strong fear that this may turn out to be another Flipkart Sale kind of fiasco. Its better to be ready to click the buy button at 10am tomorrow rather than wait for later in the day.

Also, those of you who are good to get an international version (not the india specific ones sold at Amazon) OPO is now available without invites on every Tuesday from their global platform.

If it is an international version, where will get shipped from? Will it be outside India? What about the taxes and duties involved?

Yes the phone is available. I don't know whether people are ignorant about the offer or many people do not know what is oneplusone itself.

It was infact advertised in Times of India today in Bangalore for general public to know about it.

Amazon seems to be good. There is no hype/fraud or demand creating scam like the one which flipkart does.

It can be shipped to one of the forwarder addresses in one of the countries where OPO ships. Then the forwarder will send it to your address once you pay their charges. US, Germany, Newzealand... all have this facility.

FYI:
Even the International version is available without an invite from 1200 PST today.

I got an international invite from OPO and ordered the phone to be delivered in US. Will pick it up when I get there in the next couple of weeks

I updated manually. Just download the OTA zip, boot to CM recovery and select update. No root or custom recovery needed.

Understand from the OPO forum the update is happening in batches. Few users in India got the update OTA automatically.

I flashed it manually (dint have the patience to wait).
