Yes I am sure :D. It is the 2800+. But clock frequency is not 2.8GHz. Athlon 3000+ does not mean 3GHz it means equavalent performance to 3GHz P4. For actualy frequency right click on the My Computer and then see "Properties".

Very right. But 2800+, according to my knowledge, will be somewhere about 2.6 GHz.. isnt it?

For example, my 2000+ is actually 1.7GHz... so i am not sure that your 2800+ would be 1.8GHz :eek:

yeah thats very true
afterall numbers are just numbers. the important thing is getting your work done.
If my work gets done on 5 year old PC why change it??


also I know few organisations where they still use DOS just because it gets their work done.

Be sure to enable time-shift feature & then you have your own TiVo!

as for DVD writter go for DVD+/-RW as it won't cause you compatiblity problems
