Any reviews on the Garmin Forerunner 10/15?

I have a Garmin FR 15 watch - using it since last 8-9 months for my runs.

Its an awesome watch - very sturdy, looks are not bad, battery life is pretty good, not too expensive (compared to other gps watches). On the flip side, the watch needs to be synced to Garmin connect using cable (don't have bluetooth) and sometimes when the weather is not clear, the GPS take 4-5 mins to lock with the satellites.

Thanks a lot. Can you post a pic of the watch on your wrist? Which size you got and what's your wrist size if you don't mind?

Thanks and regards.

It very affordable now. Being using one for few months now. Batt lasts a day. I use steel strap and hence dnt take for jogs etc.

Helps with mail/whatsapp/calender etc which is very useful for me.

So the Apple Watch finally comes to India. Prices start at INR 30,900 and go up to INR 14L! :O I'm pretty sure it will have some takers even at this price.

Pebble has launched the first round watch dubbed 'Time Round'. It does seem that smart watch makers are trying to emulate the traditional round look. Another one in this series worth consideration is Fossil Q, again joining the round shape bandwagon.

Got my newest toy , its a microsoft band, there was a deep discount happening and got this smart watch for 60 USD at Target. I just love the band , its easy to wear , the UI is very intuitive and the battery life is great. Best thing is that it works agnostic of the tethering device and hence can use across OS's.
I have configured all important notifications like email, calendar to the device and get a haptic whenever there is new one :)

Wifey gifted an Apple Watch yesterday as she was aware that I was looking for a fitness tracker.

I zeroed on Fitbit HR but she gifted me the watch as she knows I am an Apple "Fanboy" :D:D

PS: Display is far better then its looking in the pics, its the wallpaper which is dull otherwise its an awesome display.

Does anyone here use a Fitbit Charge? Mine has gone kaput after 1.5 months of use. It was bought from Amazon, who are not able to help me. Any idea about how i can go about claiming my warranty on the product?

MI band available on MI.com as open sale. Just incase anyone thinking about buying it.

I bought a nexus 6p recently. Got the Huawei talk band B2 free with it. It tracks fitness and sleep. I actually like the sleeping bit. I sync it in the morning to check everyday. In the initial days, it averaged my sleep quality 'poor.' It has been a really good indicator of percentage of REM sleep. Loving it.

And, I can use it to answer my phone calls as well. It is awesome

MI Band 2 ? I am looking for the one with the heart rate sensor

Is it worth buying an Apple Watch now? Or is it smarter to wait another 3-4 months for the new version to get launched?

I do have a Pebble which I bought a while back but frankly while it is a nice, light watch, I don't really find it all that greatly innovative and interesting. Partly because of its monochromatic screen. I would much rather have the brightly coloured screen of the Apple Watch - also because I have completely converted to all apple devices otherwise.

Wondering whether to splurge or not to splurge....

It's been more than 45 days since I received my Asus Zenwatch 2. Details on the Android thread here - http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/gadget...ml#post3840202

It's going great guns. Really serves all that it meant to do at a fraction of the cost and great fit and finish.

Here it is with a Titan Steel Band I recently purchased -

I have just bought my very first Apple watch (sports version) a few weeks ago, whilst on a business trip in the USA. I have been fiddling with it to my hearts content for a few weeks, trying out many apps and all other sort of stuff. Its nice, but its also just a gadget if not just a gimmick. If I go running I still put on my TomTom Sports watch because its just better and has more specific functions related to running then all the Apps together. That is likely to change I dare say.

There will always be a newer version of anything and then again Im not so sure what new features will be incorporated in the new version.

Whereas I find my iPhone and iPad absolutely essentials for my professional and personal life, the Apple watch isn't anywhere near that. Nice gimmick and I enjoy fiddling with it, but nothing that really moves the needle for me.
