New connection

hey all,
i have 64 kbps during the day and 256 at night 9pm to 9am,
i use cable internet, if any one can tell me abt any other internet provide here please inform me as the internet charges turn out to be very expensive here in my area....I live in Juhu Scheme Opp-Gagandeep society,
there seems to be some sort of a monopoly and thus only in-cable net is providing me with cable and internet and no one else is ...

Anyone actually using You 999 plan (2 mbps 4GB limit) ? It says bandwidth upto 2mbps.. i wonder how much one is actually getting.
If it is indeed 2mbps at 4 GB limit i think it should be great for online video audio streaming...

EDIT: Ancer, your downloading speed is shown in kBps not kbps. So 20kBps=20*8=160kbps not too far from the promised 180 kbps.
