The BB team is highly professional , many a times I have received wrong products & they promptly refunded back the money to my BB wallet.

I've earned close to 1500/- INR due to non-delivery of ordered products
I always order beef/pork & most of the time they fail to deliver.

At times their meat products and cut vegetables are not fresh, sometimes when I receive them, It will have a day left for its expiry.

Ordered a few times including 2 high value electronic items from pepperfry and never had a problem with them. The Electronic items being Bulky, were sent using GATI couriers via surface shipping. Except for the delay in the shipment by a few days it was a pleasant experience. The delay that way was because of the courier partner and pepperfry can not be blamed for that.

Overall Nice.

Anyone ever heard of Zone@Homz?

Chanced upon this "kitchen Ladder"today. As ever, I was searching the web for something entirely!

It so happens that I have been looking in the shops for this pattern for a long time. The handle is curved so that one can sit on the top step.

If you have some spare time, do visit the nearest Big Bazaar outlet's tools and furniture section (not sure where was the location exactly). They might just have these folding Alu. ladders in stock.

We bought one few years back when we were relocating and knew that this one would come in handy for all those wall drilling and hard-to-reach areas. It was priced under 2k IIRC, had 4 steps and a top platform sufficient enough to sit down. The build quality was good, hinges work and the fasteners haven't rusted so far.

Looks like this (except that had 4 steps) :

Do check out eBay as well (in case you prefer ordering from your couch) - link

Thanks, but it is the curved hand-hold that can also function as a backrest that I particularly want.

That's how they keep costs low. That said they have always responded to emails and social media and at least in my case resolved issues.

I had seen a clear sticker to be applied to the edges of the doors so that the paint does not chip off with minor bumps. This was on emahendra.com
Can't seem to find it now. Any links will be helpful.

I don't know if it is the same but you can get similar film applied at any 3M Car Care outlet.

Would some one please provide me WS retail address, which is the primary seller on Flipkart. I am planning to drop a mail, but couldnt find there address anywhere on internet

I am planning to send a complaint to him. By the way, who is WS retail CEO and where can i get his address. Why are they not easily reachable on internet?

WS Retail is nothing but erstwhile Flipkart. They moved Flipkart over to Singapore (to get international funding) and transferred all of the Indian business to WS Retail. So technically, WS Retail is just another Indian seller selling on Flipkart. They don't sell anywhere else, that's why maybe you can't find any contact details. FK customer care didn't help? Try tweeting to Sachin Bansal (CEO, Flipkart).
