Which bluetooth headset to get

I ordered a blueant Q2, but it has been giving me trouble. returning it and going back to wired headset.

1. sound is not clear, worse than the handset.
2. discharges in 2 hours, can't survive a day's usage.
3. makes my phone too hot and discharge very fast.
4. upon disconnecting the call, phone is unresponsive for about 10 seconds. even the power button does not work. (this is the biggest problem for me)
5. false dials. my conference number uses a pin code. the phone apparently picks up something else while dialing it (pin is a part of my contact info).

are these symptoms normal? can they be fixed?

Best head set i ever used has been Blueant Q2 . I think i bought it for about 5K from croma last year. However the build quality is not that great and the grill gest loose over time .Also dust gets settled in the small grooves on the black mesh and it needs to be constantly cleaned . Voice Quality on bike , car, market , extremely noisy place is just superb to both caller and receiver.

Saw this thread little late.

I had received 5000 Rs voucher for spending on thedostore website. This was the offer on Lenovo ultrabook that I bought.

On thinking over for a while I purchased W870 Bluetooth Headset fr 4999/-.
I saw same was going for s low as 37 USD on Amazon.

But I did not find anything else worthwhile. ANyways, the problem now is that some people have complained that the same doesn't work with WIndows8.
Is it possible. What is the way out?
