How to move pictures from Nokia 6600

[font=Comic Sans MS][color=Blue] Guys let me know how to transfer images clicked on a Nokia 6600 to my local machine. Suggest all the possible ways you know. My friend worked on a Crashed Porsche here in Pune and has pictures clicked of the same. Also he has some crashed Palio and Petra pictures which show how intense the crash was but at the same time how safe the cars are.

Dear Moral

U have 3 options to transfer the pics from your 6600,
1. Cable
2. Infra
3. Bluetooth
Required. Nokia PC Suite for 60 series software in your computer.

Confirm if you have any one of these.

We have a Nokia 6600 too which we got recently. Any idea what resolution the pics will be taken at?

We also got a Canon Power Shot 400 3.2 digi cam. So expect a few amazing wallpapers comming your way.

The 6600 has a regular VGA camera. So the resolution is 640*480.

best method would be to use the software and an original dku-5 data cable
if not would suggest you to buy a blue tooth dongle and transfer via bluetooth

transfering through a dku-5 data cable is not the best option cos for that the phone has to be switched off and opened everytime a files need to be transfered ...best is the ir port costs only 400 bucks and it works fine with the 6600 bundled software...and in windows xp no need of the software also...cos files can be sent and recived directly ..,without the use of additional software.

Hey Moralfibre,

I think the best and most useful way would be a bluetooth dongle (Rs. 1,400 for a good one)
It will be useful for other things as well. And it is faster than IR.
