How To Resize The Photos Shot By Higher Mp Cameras!

Hi Mods,

I am in middle of compiling a photo and I followed the same process to rotate the image before uploading them on website. I am still getting the original version without the rotation changes on my post.

My post is presently parked in assembly line. Can someone please help/guide me in rectifying the issue? I am having this problem with 10 images on my post.
